Services

• Our packages provide admissions and career mentorship: guidance, reviews, feedback and preparation. Admission decisions rest solely with the universities, and no specific outcome is guaranteed for any individual engagement.
• Package scope, pricing and payment are confirmed with you directly over WhatsApp or email before an engagement begins. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share with us and for submitting your own applications truthfully.

Content and intellectual property

• The content on this website, including case studies, guides and course material, is owned by Masters Mentor. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes; copying, reselling or redistributing it requires our written permission.
• Materials we prepare with you during an engagement (essays, CVs, notes) are for your personal application use.

Liability

The website and services are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the content of third party websites we link to.
